There are many stories that can be told the Reserve, from that of the water that the furrow (waterfalls, rivers, streams) to that of the water in which it "work" (hydroelectric power plants, old mills and old washing), from one of the trees that hold the soil in one of the trees that hide the nests and burrows, and one of the branches that for centuries have been transported by mule and that have warmed the populations of mountain. Stories of people and crafts, flavors sometimes forgotten and knowledge disappeared ... one hundred stories to tell and to discover ... following thematic routes:

Percent splashing ...: Acqua

Clean water is increasingly scarce and awaiting you is always more expensive. In many regions of the world water is not enough, in other polluted.
More than a third of the world population lives in countries considered “to water emergency”.
In our reserve the numerous and abundant sources of the stream Lo Schioppo ensure water quality and high mountain environment of great value, ideal place to carry out educational activities aimed at promoting greater awareness on the sustainable use of water resources.

Aims and objectives: The proposed route intends to educate the concept of “natural resource” as a finite resource developing attention to the impact that human behavior on the environment.
The workshops intend to empower kids to the management and efficient use of water resources as well by individual gestures that each of us makes daily, promote sustainable water use based on long-term protection of the resource.

One hundred eyes ...: the landscape

The woods have more space in the places where man can not cultivate: slopes, pietraie, washouts. The cities are not willing to chance: alongside water sources, looking for rock solid foundations and defense. The forests have repeatedly held and abandoned these mountains, replaced by pastures and crops; and so also the villages, in historical periods in which it was difficult to defend themselves in the bottom-valley, have risen to the top, before falling back in the quieter periods. Everything changes but every change leaves traces that overlap with the previous. A landscape however is not just a set of concrete elements: rocks, vegetation, animals, countries, crops, pastures; it is also related to the perception, how we see and represent. And the perception that they have the inhabitants is different from what we have men who are passing, “external” to it: writers, Scientists, military, pellegrini, travelers. These different views create an image for each landscape complex and sometimes mythical.

Aims and Objectives: The path is meant to suggest keys to decode “signs” landscape understood as a complex system of relationships between natural resources and uses that local communities have made over time. Develop capacity of analysis and understanding of places, recover the amount of knowledge about local varieties are no longer present in cultivation but which has preserved the memory, investigate the links between the agricultural heritage- colo and uses, the traditions and the local folk culture are the main objectives of the course.

Weaving of Nature: biodiversity

An ecosystem is defined as an open system, with structure and characteristic function determined by:
- energy flow
- circulation of matter between biotic and abiotic components. Through food webs, inorganic matter is then used as an energy source by heterotrophic organisms, thus entering into the circulation in’ ecosystem.

Aims and objectives:
Users aware of the importance of the natural environment, biodiversity and protected areas as a means of protection of species and habitats at risk of disappearing. Promote the knowledge of the relationships that exist between the indissoluble world of the living and the inorganic, In fact, often the perception of the close dependence that exists between a type of soil and a specific plant is not immediate,it,To child for a maximum group of,it,pupils and,it,The Schoppo refuge will come for overnight stay,it, or between the plant and the animal that is closely dependent on it for the power supply.

Laboratories can be combined with each other in order to address the same issue from different points of view, or provide for the conduct of every day a different theme.
